She has held clinical and leadership roles, including Director of Physical Therapy for a large private practice, managing both adult and pediatric departments. Kaitlin specializes in orthopedics, women’s health, balance disorders, and prosthetic training, and is passionate about delivering personalized care that improves function and quality of life. Kendra Churches, BSN, RN, is a seasoned nurse leader with over a decade of experience spanning hospital, home health, and care management settings. Her background includes home health clinical operations with a focus on direct patient care, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary team coordination. Kendra also brings substantial acute care experience from her roles as a charge nurse and medical-surgical RN at Munson Health Otsego Memorial Hospital, where she received a Daisy Award for excellence in nursing. Nationally certified in medical-surgical nursing, she is recognized for her compassionate, high-quality care and strong leadership in both clinical and home-based environments.
